The dogs Malte, Zoe and Alva sleep around me making noise all night. Malte is the closest, sometimes we have the same heartbeat and then my world stops and smiles with warmth and happiness. These three wake me up promptly at 6:52 every morning. Each. Bedtime NO... not current, one or a couple of big brown paws on the face and then you're up. And do you know how good it is for the entire physical and mental system? The body feels good from routines.
Then I shower with three hungry doggies outside the bathroom. Clear! Time for the first pee pee round and face the morning. We meet every day with all the curiosity that sits in a cold black dog's nose. Sometimes, like this morning, we all stand and just stare at the beautiful view. Not a breath of wind. Darkness turns to dawn.
And then the very best hour. Breakfast for the dogs. Bonfire, light all the candles, coffee and lemon water for me. Everything in the right order. Malte goes around and "washes" all the dishes. And then we have our enjoyable hour before we go for a long run. The fire warms, the thoughts can fly freely, the e-mail is checked. The scented candle with tomato scent melts and beckons to a new day. The small things in life give the big experiences. These mornings are my daily vacation, recreation, happy hour. Think we can be here right now. Life is NOW ♥️
