An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you have provided in your customer details.
It may be good to save it for any contacts with customer service.
Delivery time
The delivery time is normally 1-5 days from the time your order is made. Should someone be temporarily exhausted in the warehouse, the delivery time may be longer. We will immediately send a message about this.

You can also pay through Klarna, Swish, Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

Shipping
The shipping cost is SEK 75 for purchases up to SEK 899. If you shop for more, we offer the shipping cost. Exceptions occur when ordering products weighing more than 10 kg, such as large heavy furniture or other products that are bulky. We announce the correct shipping cost.
If parcel is not collected we will charge a fee of SEK 200, this is this fee that we are charged by our shipping company

If you want to return an item, pay the shipping in return yourself. The item cannot be returned without having contact with customer service.
Complaints
If you were to get an item that is defective or an incorrect delivery, we will replace you free of charge with a new item.
However, you must notify customer service this no later than 5 days after you have received your goods and at the same time submit a picture of the damaged item by mail.
The customer service broadcasts a return shipping note. To return an item, this must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition it was when you received it. Send by receipt and shipping note.
