Delivery & Return Information
Delivery
Delivery takes place as soon as possible - within 2-4 days unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added.
When ordering products outside our regular range, the delivery time can be longer than normal. Contact our sales agent at helena@reunionhome.se If you want to know more!
We only deliver to company addresses, not box or housing addresses. If there is no one in place at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to invoice for any inventory rent of goods or additional shipping costs.
Different opening hours must be announced when ordering.
If Reunion Nordic AB delivered errors goods, please report this within 8 days for compensation delivery.
When you receive a delivery to your store, you must carefully review the goods at once.
Shipping cost
We have a fixed shipping cost of SEK 250 excluding VAT, no matter how much you trade (applies to normal transport within Sweden with DHL).
Return
As a company, unfortunately, you have no right of withdrawal, but the purchase is binding. We therefore ask you to call us if you are unsure of something or if you wish to see the garments in reality
If a customer comes in with an item that is broken, you as a shopkeeper must decide if the customer bought a garment that they have broken themselves (seams, stoves on jeans etc) or if the fabric has burst in an odd place that may be fabrication defects.
If you suspect manufacturing defects, you can send a picture to helena@reunionhome.se and we will help you with an assessment.
We replace garments with manufacturing defects with a new item.
But unfortunately we do not replace garments that the customer has used in a negligent way.
If a customer finds a dress in your store that has a hole, we must remind you of your duty to approve the delivered goods within 8 days after delivery to get the garment replaced/replaced. Then that right lapses.
Complaint
Complaints on the goods (does not apply to transport damage) shall be reported to Reunion Nordic AB no later than 8 days after received goods (the duty of investigation).

* Clear pictures and cause must be sent in the same email to helena@reunionhome.se.
This is done before the product is sold or passed on to third parties.
Goods can only be returned after a written approval from Reunion Nordic AB.
The goods must be returned in its original packaging with all Tags/markings left on the goods.
