WARNING FOR STRONG WINDS

Warning for strong winds in Tuscany... hahaha I have therefore chosen a second home in a country in a place that is as "windy" as Österlen. There must be something in my subconscious that is messed up because I get sickly worried when it storms. Those of you who know me know that my entire roof flew off on my first farm 30 years ago and demolished the neighbor's house. That trauma is NOT fully processed…

So last night was accompanied by a persistent alarm in the house closest to the pool. I'm not particularly sensitive to monotonous sounds (unless it's a dripping tap...) so I let it hang for a long time. Cooked good food, listened to music, read my exciting book. But suddenly the storm turned and then the sound of the alarm came like an uninvited guest and planted itself within my calm safe millennial walls. Got hold of Marco who got hold of Roberto as a calm message that when it storms an alarm is triggered in one of the houses in our old borgo. End of it like... like, we're having Saturday night and it will end ENOUGH eventually 😂 Marco offered to drive out and "rescue me". He's such a good guy ♥️ But NO, me and the forest can handle ourselves. With a little help from a wine I couldn't resist buying (love cool labels) and my book, the evening was just as usual, absolutely wonderful. And just before I was going to sleep, the noise ended. Not even the storm gods could handle the howl .

Today the sun shines from a mighty bright blue sky. I will prepare Monday's work with my nose to the sun all day. The next soulsister collection will be full of sun and mischief.
